The research will be used to reference in training and recruiting for this industry. There are 96 specialized trainers and 21 supervisors participated the questionnaire survey. According to the consequence, the professional competency of trainers includes four abilities such as the investigation and analysis of training needs, course arranging, course executing controlling, and the guidance results. Besides, there are 19 indicators included. The data also shows that the four abilities and 19 indicators have the positive effect in the work performance of the trainers. Consequently, this study concludes that the education services should understand the characteristics of self-efficacy such as the development of the job seeker, the internal motive, and so on.
