Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 化學工程研究所 === 103 === In this study, three different ratios (polystyrene contain 30%,60% and 90%) of triblock copolymer , SIS, are synthesized by anionic polymerization with non-polar solvent and the molecular weight of polymer are 60,000 and 90,000 which are measured by GPC .Polystyrene is synthesized by anionic polymerization with sec-BuLi as the initiator in the first step, then the isoprene and styrene monomer are added sequentially to synthesize the triblock copolymer. In order to form high transmittance CBC, the SIS was hydrogenated to saturate all the double-bond. The structure and the hydrogenation conversion ratio of the polymer can be detected by 1H-NMR and FTIR. Physical properties and thermal properties of polymer after hydrogenation are measured by rheometer, DSC and TGA.
