Hausman (1999) is used to compensate for variable push consumer value method to present their research results prove the method the US government previously used high ratio of accuracy, so in this selection method this method to do research oriented studies. In this study, a continuation of Hausman (1999) method, according to the National Communications Commission (NCC) made between 2006 and October 2014 the third generation of mobile communications data, the required number of minutes, price, number of users and other explanatory variables, estimated demand function of the third generation mobile communication services using the OLS estimation, and resolve issues related to self-order with a difference, and finally further use of Hausman (1999) method used estimates advent of third generation mobile communication services to consumers the real value.
