Exploring the Effect of Firm’s Logistics Integration on Logistic Service Performance – A Case Study of Firms Related to FTZ

碩士 === 元智大學 === 經營管理碩士班(企業管理與服務科學學程) === 102 === In recent years, due to rapid economic development and the increase in total trade, the government actively promoting the six seaports and an airport policy response to global logistics management, trade liberalization and internationalization of the business model, in addition to considering the logistics integration provided by the government, the same should consider the manufacturer's integration ability. Therefore, this research is exploring the firms’ performance difference through inside or outside free trade zone, and also validates this research model, in order to realize the factors which are influence logistic performance. This research uses quantitative skill. The samples are the firms’ which are doing import or export business, use online survey system to collect the samples and total valid questionnaires is 105 and the statistical software of SPSS and SmartPLS are used for regression analysis, general linear model and path analysis to verify the hypothesis. Results indicate that through external collaborate and trust will enhance the ability of information logistic integration, through supply chain coordinate and trust will enhance the ability of physical logistic integration, and also information logistic integration and physical logistic integration both have significant effect to logistic performance. This research suggest that in the future when government prompt free trade zone, they have to consider the firms’ and government integrate ability, in order to enhance both integration ability, and increase firms’ logistic performance which can attract more firms to join free trade zone, and got the win-win situation.
