It’s mainly for business process design, development and management. Nowadays, to improve the technology capability and increase market share, enterprise strategy is frequently focusing on the M&;A and organization optimization to the rapidly growing and challenging market. Therefore, enterprise business process will be keeping integrated and optimized with M&;A and reorganization going. With the trend of e-business, enterprise strategy and process are highly realized by IT technology and solution. In this case, once there is any mistake happened during the import or setup organization information will lead to the serious disaster of business operation. It can be happened in all kind of business domain including sales&; marketing, R&;D, purchase, manufacturing, quality assurance, finance, human resource and etc.
In this thesis, we took R&;D process as an example to discuss the impact of business operation with BPMS after the organization change. We started with a case study to understand how the BPMS impact and change the business operation. Furthermore, we also mentioned the challenge and difficulty on BPMS management with organization change. At the end, we leveraged primary, secondary data, participation and observation as data source and took Triangulation with 3 perspectives as the statistical approach in this thesis and focus on the perspective of 1.The impact of R&;D process after the organization change.2. Can BPMS promptly impact business process?The result shows with standardized and modularized BPMS design, BPMS can greatly help on fulfilling the demand of R&;D process and achieving the expected synergy of organization change.
