Therefore, the company implement new management systems and information system integration, to solve the current difficulties facing the manufacturing industry in global competition. The purpose of this study is to effectively improve PMS System to improve the production process and shorten the time to build the Packing Route, reduce rework, scrapped the occurrence of abnormal conditions, improve yields, delivery and efficiency of the product, and then to meet customer satisfaction , increase the company's competitiveness.
