Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 102 === With build to order (BTO) strategy, the production process schedules has been compressed, and a large semiconductor manufacturing industry, with complex processes and business model to meet the orders of this model, and thus derived from the production and logistics control, inventory management, and information instantly with the problem of its rather rely on support and the ability of computer systems in the production process to execute control over productive resources planning and processes. Therefore, the company implement new management systems and information system integration, to solve the current difficulties facing the manufacturing industry in global competition. The purpose of this study is to effectively improve PMS System to improve the production process and shorten the time to build the Packing Route, reduce rework, scrapped the occurrence of abnormal conditions, improve yields, delivery and efficiency of the product, and then to meet customer satisfaction , increase the company's competitiveness.
