Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 102 === With the rapid development of mobile telecommunication technology and mobile devices in high growth, the number of users of third generation (3G) mobile telecommunications penetration rate in Taiwan has been among the best in the international community. In the near future, the Government will open 4G mobile telecommunications, mobile devices have become one of the important tools in everyday life. However, information security incidents increase regardless of size of the firms. Although the use of mobile devices to bring the convenience and efficiency, but it may increase the information security threats. In this study, we used packaged software for statistical analysis which includes reliability analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis, to explore the relationship between the mobile telecommunication capabilities and information security threats. We also studied information security literacy of executives, mobile devices brand and mobile telecommunications service we found: (1)The higher mobile telecommunication capabilities of executives, the higher information security threat level. (2)Information security literacy of executives can significantly reduce the impact of mobile telecommunication capabilities for information security threats.
