Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 社會暨政策科學學系 === 102 === The purpose of this study is to probe into the management and the strategic application of the non-profit organization: take an example of a private legal foundation Hung Wha Tung Shin Freemasonry. The main purposes of this study are those below: The first : To look into the theory and the practical applicability related to non-profit organization The second: To clear the situation of those how a non-profit organization apply operating strategy to practice. The third: To probe how the COPRS theory applied to the practice of a non-profit organization. The last: To provide Hung Wha Tung Shin Freemasonry , other non-profit organization and government the result of this study as a reference in the future. To arrive at the main purposes above, the researcher of this study adopt in-depth interview approach assisted with semi-structural interview compendium as the way to collect the data needed in this study. To understand the operating strategy of the private legal foundation Hung Wha Tung Shin Freemasonry , I interview 18 interviewers, analyze all the data retrieved from the interviews and conclude some results below. 1.The management of a non-profit religious organization matches the COPRS theory and the contributions the society is obvious. 2.Whether the leader’s mission of a non-profit religious organization is clear or not will be the key to success. 3.The organization’s buttom-up strategy planning is the opportunity to succeed. 4.The non-profit religious organization can apply the modern manage tool and technic agilely. 5.The innovative activity usually has a postive function for an organzation but there is still negative risk sometimes. 6.Make use of nature and opening effectively to convert a donator to a contributor. 7.Strategic alliance let an organization’s sustainable development create a win-win situation. 8.The evaluation of the regulatory authority would be a crisis or chance to an organization. At last, based on the result of this study, we will propose some concrete advices for non-profit religious organization, private legal foundations Hung Wha Tung Shin Freemasonry and other related studies in the future.
