Therefore,the survey study what is a different from blind and non-blind GageR&R by the peeling test of tape.That is reference for excuting GageR&R in the future. The hot melt tapes are the survey samples. Two groups of people make the blind and non-blind Gage R&R for five cycle for each of groups by peeling test. Finally, drawing a parallel between the blind and non-blind Gage R&R with a line chart. The survey shows two groups are the same operater`s examiman ability in non-blind and differ greatly in blind. Proved Hawthorne Effect impact the result of GageR&R .Finally,the paper proposes three conclusions.First, blind is recommended to perform Gage R&R.Second,Training staff until blind and non-blind are the same.Third,you can adjust Gage R&R standard if using blind.
