The purpose is to offer organizations as reference by research among different variables. Using questionnaire survey of employees who enter career by different recruiting channels in Taiwan, among 350 delivered questionnaires,319 valid questionnaires were returned. To prove the hypothesis of this study, this study uses SPSS Statistics to process descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, ANOVA and regression analysis. The study results that, (1)Obvious difference of turnover intention averages among different recruiting channels (2)No obvious difference of organizational commitment averages among different recruiting channels (3)Organizational commitment shows negative influence significantly on turnover intention.
