The study adopts the method of investigation through questionnaires, questionnaires were distributed of 429 full-time employees form various organizations in Taiwan and 341 effective were collected. SPSS was utilized to conduct Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Analysis of Variance, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis for testing the hypotheses of the study. The results of this study are shown as follows: 1. There are positive influences on personal recognition and organization-based self-esteem. 2. There are positive influences on organization-based self-esteem and life satisfaction. 3. There are positive influences on organization-based self-esteem and job satisfaction. 4. Personal recognition has positive influences of mediating effect between organization-based self-esteem and workplace well-being. 5. Organization health promotion culture has positive influencesof moderating effect between organization-based self-esteem and life satisfaction. 6.
