After the retrocession of Taiwan , agricultural is an important part of the overall economy, government has implemented the policy of land reform , reduction of the rent , Homestead , land to the tiller .These policy’s purposeis to increase productionoutput,In thisrent reductionshowed significantincome redistributioneffect, also to implement"land to the tiller" policy However, as timeschanging, Taiwan has encountering thelimitedarable land, the so-calledlandresources, includingagriculture, forestry,animal husbandry and fisheries, almostno change. In recent years,the Council of Agriculturein response tochanges inthe global foodmarket, re-adjust theagriculturalfoodproductionso as to promotethe activation ofagricultural landto"LittleBigtenantlandlord" program, fosterprofessionalfarmers,counselingfor subsidies. This study including agricultural development, agricultural , agricultural welfare policy towards agricultural food production, and recommendations on how to promoting Taiwan’s Agriculture.Currently Taiwan is dealing with the foreign trade agreements with China. This study relevant literature analysis and discussion, the normalization of rationalization that affects food supply, access to the following conclusions: 1. In response to the WTO, for food production, the limitations and the relative under fair and reasonable to strike a balance point. 2. Global climate anomalies, uneven food supply, to seek new markets abroad to grasp food supply opportunity. 3.
