碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 102 === This study aims to research the relationship between junior high school teachers’ job stress and depression exponential, and to find out response strategies to reduce the junior high school teachers’ depression caused by work pressure, in order to maintain the mental health of junior high school teachers. This study researchs on case study and questionnaires in parallel, with the Self-preparation questionnaires on “The relationship between teachers' job stress and depression scores – a case study on junior high school teachers' ” and reprogramming "Taiwanese Depression Scale" as measurement tools, to survey In researcher’s six colleagues at current and taught schools. There are some conclusions: First, the overall junior high school teachers' work pressure tend to medium-low level of perceived stress conditions. Second, the junior high school teachers "current" overall "tendency toward depression" tend to medium-low level of depression status. Third, junior high school teachers' work pressure will be significantly different of "held positions". Fourth, junior high school teachers' depressive tendency will be significantly on the source of the work pressure . Fifth, junior high school teachers' “Overall operating pressure" and "overall depressive tendency" reached a significant "moderate positive correlation.". Sixth, junior high school teachers' feelings of work pressure, the greater the degree of their feelings of depression the higher the depression index is.
