It has advantages of high precision and high efficiency when combines with the servo electric cylinder for driving. The applications include multiple degrees of freedom training simulator, precise positioning of assembly and medical equipments.
In this study investigates the kinematics, and discuss the force at the electric servo cylinder of the six-axis platform with loading on rotation at specified positions. Under the workspace and motion condition, use three platform designs, and find out force at the electric servo cylinder of the six-axis platform and the simulate on dynamic simulation software ADAMS. The purpose of this research is to obtain the force at the electric servo cylinder of the six-axis platform under the workspace. From this study, I hope that have some contributions for the design of six-axis platform.
