This thesis uses Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to develop automated batching system.The research is mainly divided into two issues. First, in order to meet the needs of factory automation equipment, The thesis designs a batching equipment to be applied in automation production, and using the PLC ladder to write programs automation design, re-use sensing and control of electrical components to complete the design and production.
In addition, also for the project development process, from the field of production needs to confirm, to the soft, hardware design and planning, the final series of functional tests as described.
