The structure of the PLC teaching panel has a PLC input devices, out devices and power device. The core of the PLC teaching panel is the PLC. We use toggle switch as an external control element. The output unit uses relay devices to control switch contact closure with AC/DC converter and configure an external load indicator to represent the simulation results. PLC teaching panel software part, using the ladder program(GPPW)edits the software to control the output devices according to the input signals. The ladder pictured IEC61131-3 is a standard editing language can program the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) for the integration of the various PLC specification. The edited ladder is written in PLC. The GPPW can simulate the variety of the external control components and external loading components, and achieves the purpose of learning for PLC system.
