碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 102 === For a long time, organization management and knowledge management were both in information management, although in two different fields, they also developed a complete statement respectively and illuminated each other. Nevertheless, under complicated circumstances, the interaction between the two generated different opinions and controversy. For these phenomena, this study used the brain which may operate the mechanism itself (including information operation method) to understand and explore the current situation of management information systems as well as the interaction between the two. The study emphasized the beginning of study and used eight different cases to explore deeply. In Case One to Case Three demonstrated the nature of the brain and the inertial effects; Case Four discussed the development of elements of originality that was "Autonomy "; while Case Five throughout this study core was that the organization required a full range of information to make reference; Case Six described the establishment of the aims and the objectives that regardless of the organization and the brain really need to be defined concretely. Case Seven and Case Eight then depicted that the relationship between supervisors and supervisees.
