碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 102 === The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the impact of personality traits and Facebook use motivation on interpersonal relationships. This study was conducted through Big-Five Personality Factor questionnaires, Facebook use motivation questionnaires, and interpersonal relationships questionnaire as measuring tools. A total of 545 valid questionnaires were collected. The data analysis was conducted via descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, multivariate regression analysis. The results are as follows: (1) Neuroticism doesn’t has negative impact on interpersonal relationships. However, extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, and conscientiousness have a positive impact on interpersonal relationships. (2) Facebook use motivation have a positive impact on interpersonal relationships. (3) Neuroticism doesn’t has negative impact on facebook use motivation. However, extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, and conscientiousness have a positive impact on facebook use motivation.
