Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所 === 102 === The purpose of this research is tried to understand the significant correlation relation of the part-time teachers in the elementary and junior high school whose employment skills, work income and job satisfaction. The main research objectives is the 1996 nationwide college graduates. The selected samples of part-time instructors are 407 copies which is suitable for this study. For the main objectives, the part-time instructors of elementary and junior high school that this research used the screening methods. The SPSS statistical analysis software is used for the investigating after re-encoding. The research findings are analyzed via descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way Anova, Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient and Chi-square test. The research conclusion as below list: Each aspect of the employment skill appeared the positive and high relations. Different personal background and employment skill for the job income appeared significant differences. Different personal background for the working time appeared significant differences. According to the research conclusion, the author proposes the specific recommendations. These suggestions as the reference for the elementary and junior high school part-time instructors and the scholars who are doing the further relating study. Expecting this method and opinions exchanged to enlarge the profession skills of the part-time instructors and maintain the education quality of school.
