Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 應用外語系 === 102 === The study is a feasibility analysis and a business plan of a proposed new product, smartphone wallet, which is an improved PU leather accessory for smartphone. A survey employed in the study, which consists of a new product concept test and buying intentions test, was conducted to examine the feasibility of the proposed product idea. The participants of the survey was divided into four groups by their using experiences and preferences. The study employed descriptive statistics to explain the results, which revealed that people who have the experience of using smartphone leather accessories showed higher purchase interests and tendency than other groups. This indicates that the target group should focus on people who have ever purchased leather accessories for smartphone. Following feasibility analysis is a business plan which was composed in terms of a start-up entrepreneur. The name of the proposed new venture is YAGO, which is a personal workshop that aims at manufacturing premium and multi-functional PU leather accessories for smartphone users. Finally, the break even analysis of the plan showed that YAGO would start making profits after selling 130 units of the product in a year, which is a practical and feasible indication for launching a personal workshop.
