The researching implement , ”Questionnaire of the motivation of participation, constraint and satisfaction in leisure activities of Nursing College Students” , was designed to understand the differences under different background, and further explored the relationship among them. The study investigated on the students of Min-Hwei Junior College of Health Care Management. 400 questionnaires were issued and 316 ones were valid. SPSS For Windows 18.0 was used to carry out the correlative statistics analysis, and the data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and Scheff Method. The major findings are summarized as follows: 1.Most subjects are female, who do not have regular leisure activities. The frequency of leisure activities of most subjects is 1-2 times per week. The duration of leisure activities is mostly less than 30 minutes each time and the majority of subjects’ main partners of leisure activities is their classmates and friends. 2.The main motivation of nursing students is “healthy demand”. Their main factors of obstacle and satisfaction in leisure activities are “personal external constraint” and “health”, respectively. 3.The difference among after school tutoring, weekly leisure activities frequency and duration of each leisure activities in motivation of participation is significant. The difference among gender, regularity of leisure activities, residence, weekly frequency of leisure activities and duration of each leisure activities in constraint of leisure activities is significant. Finally, the regularity of leisure activities, after school tutoring, weekly frequency of leisure activities and duration of each leisure activities in satisfaction of leisure activities is significant as well. 4.The correlation between subjects’ motivation and constraint is negative, but that between their motivation and satisfaction is positive. In addition, there is negative correlation between constraint and satisfaction.
