碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 休閒運動研究所 === 102 === The main purposes of the study were: 1.to understand triathletes’ sport attitude, sport passion and sport motivation, 2. to understand the relationship of triathletes’ sport attitude and sport passion, 3. To both examine the effects of triathletes’ sport attitude and sport passion on sport motivation. A total of 298 Taiwanese triathletes were drawn as subjects of the study. Sport Attitude Inventory, Sport Passion Inventory and Sport Motivation Inventory were applied as research instruments in the study. Collected data were analyzed by Canonical Correlation Analysis and Stepwise Regression Analysis. Findings were: 1.there is a positive correlation between triathletes’ sport attitude and sport motivation, 2.both sport attitude and sport passion predict sport motivation effectively within triathletes. Findings were interpreted, applications were discussed, and suggestions for further studies were provided.
