Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 休閒運動研究所 === 102 === The goal of this study was to explore the impact on multiple-role women’s emotional response and body awareness. The research used experimental method with twenty-one multiple-role women, divided into experimental group(11 people) and control group(10 people). The experimental group took twelve-week course of yoga and students’ feedback as qualitative information was collected to be analyzed. “Yoga Physical Observation Scale” was used to investigate the effect on before and after the course of experimental group by paired samples t-test. Beside, by analyzing the difference of experimental group and control group, the survey was used “Body Awareness Ability Inventory” and “Profile of Mood State” as tools to analyze by t-test、 ANCOVA and two-way ANOVA. The results of the research were as followed: 1. Yoga course had the dominant effect for the promotion of body awareness, especially ‘breathe’ the most effective. 2. Yoga course had the dominant effect for the promotion of positive emotion, especially ‘vigor’ the most effective. 3. Yoga course had the positive effect on aware the relationship between body and mind. This study summarizes explained and analyzed the results, also gived some suggestions for future studies.
