The academic studies show the absorptive capacity strengthens learning Motivation, and has benefit on learning effectiveness. The teacher are mostly focus on the learning effectiveness. But it still rare on the study about absorptive capacity from student’s side.Therefore, the purpose of this study to build the model of learning motivation、absorptive capacity and Learning effectiveness. Through linear structure equation and the tool of AMOS analysis, the results show that, learning motivation has a significant positive impact on absorptive capacity. It is helpful to improve the effect of flute course and encourage the student's interest,and absorptive capacity has a significant positive impact on learning effectiveness,and absorptive capacity through learning motivation, indirectly affecting the learning effectiveness learning motivation has a moderating effect. Therefore, if the student can develop a learning model that combine with the absorbency of learning. It can enhance the absorbency of learning, and then obtain the sustainable study effect.
