Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 102 === The implementation of skills education gives junior high school students more school admissions, and achieve the educational goal according to students’ aptitude. Students joining the skill education project class lack strong learning motivation. Teachers’ teaching show their personality, leadership, and attitude and they can help achieve predetermined goal of teaching if providing the effective learning environment. Teachers play the most important role in the classroom activities, and students imitate them. It’s very important for principles that how to choose the junior high school teachers who are also the professional skill class’teacher. This study applying the fuzzy multi-criteria approach wishes for a more appropriate performance appraisal to choose teachers.
In this research, Fuzzy Delphi Method is applied to conduct an expert survey on junior high school principals and part-time chiefs of professional skill class’teacher. Opinions are collected and analyzed by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and finally conclude some major criteria and weights for selecting chief of professional skill class’ teacher. At last they compare each project’s priority.
The survey, by and large, shows that both the principals and chiefs of professional skill class’ teacher give weights to some five aspects and twenty-six principles to a certain degree though opinions from both sides are not exactly the same. This implies that both the five aspects and the twenty-six principles are highly representative. However, junior high school principals should choose the adequate criteria for part-time chief of professional skill class’teacher according to each schools’ situations and needs. Overall, the study provides suggestions and helps the school leaders to select a competent chief of professional skill class’teacher and, therefore, boost the efficiency of the administrative department. It also indicates a direction for those who would like to be chief of professional skill class’teacher in the future to make an effort to.
