In this study, high school students used these devices in a pendulum experiment and a free fall experiment. After collecting data, each student used an online tool called InduLab to discover equations that related given variables. In InduLab, the student tried various equations to predict the values of the dependent variable corresponding to the actual values of the independent variable collected in experiments. Then the system computed the mean of errors between the predicted values and the experimental values so that the student could try a better equation to reduce the deviation in the next trial. All equations guessed online by the students were recorded by a database server so that the instructor could check the students’ exploration steps. Moreover, this study compared the pros and cons of the different mobile devices in these physics experiments. Wing-Kwong Wong 黃永廣 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 54 zh-TW |
