| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 材料科技研究所 === 102 === In this study, “WIPS Global” software was applied as the main research tool for the retrospective analysis on biodegradable materials toexplore the portfolio of intellectual property rights status of these mainstream technologies, mainly focus on patent strategies of key companies in Europe, America and Asia.
The first chapter is the introduction of biodegradable materials and research motivation. The second chapter describes the experimental methods and analysis procedures. The third chapter is the patent retrieval procedure, and the retrospective analysis for these retrieval results. Thinklear software is applied to generate various configurations and charts analysis. In the fourth chapter, we choose the examplary companies according to previous retrospective analysis, and we conduct thorough examinations with detailed discussion. The fifth chapter is our indepth case studies on examplary patents. In addition, we further discuss the patent description, enablement and claims with prosecution strategies. The final chapter we provide suggestions on patent portfolio management for innovative research and development.
