| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 101 === Technical efficiency, competition and business diversification; all of them well studied individually, since they have been become possible to measure. Yet there is a gap to fill and this study aimed to complement one of those gaps. Relationship between those variables deliberated both theoretically and empirically, so to expand the findings, this research focused on moderate effect of competition and business diversification on technical efficiency.
At first we build up the theoretical background and tested it with panel data set covering 10 Taiwanese industry types for the period of 2002 to 2012. The results supported hypothesis and revealed new findings.
