As the decreasing profit of enterprise, many mangers of enterprise look forward for lower cost, higher efficiency of marketing channels. Consumers can get new information not only from newspapers, magazines; they also can get from internet, as the same they also can respect by internet. The effective is more quickly and easier either complain and satisfaction from customers. Therefore it will be an important course for enterprise how to respect the customer’s need; stop complaining immediately and get more high royalty customers. As the increasing of human cost, factories develop more automation device to manufacture products. And the popular ideas- the things of internet is getting hit and focus. It means industrial computer market will get more opportunities and become competitive and we should find out the different marketing channel in sure to get the potential business. This research focuses on the process development and the performance of telemarketing organization in industrial computer market. And try to find out another application in market behind financial products. From this research we can know the relationship between the performance and organization process of telemarketing. And telemarketing can not only expand market coverage but can contribute the team growth.
