碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 102 === Because raw materials play an important role in the quality of product, so the evaluation of suppliers in the customer satisfaction is also important, too.In this study, data collected is processed with the application of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the results are analyzed in the evaluation of suppliers in the customer satisfaction to case’s managers decision making. This study result shows: 1) It establishes the concepts and indexes in the evaluation suppliers of customer satisfaction. 2) The most important order of concepts are: Supplier quality、Supplier delivery capability、Supplier Price、Service capabilities、Production capacity、External factors. 3) Every facet of the first measure in sequence are as follows: Product Reliability、Perfect order fulfillment、The total cost、Services enthusiasm and attitude、Continued compliance with product specifications、Support from executives.
