The purpose is to enhance the efficiency of glass application, to raise the production of product lines and to further increase the operation revenue of the company. Since the TFT-LCD production technology of each factory is maturing, the product cost of panels has decreased significantly. Although the panel products are more wide-spread, the quoted price of consumers becomes lower because of the advancement of technology as well as because of sale competition among panel manufacturing companies. This situation causes the profit to become relatively less. Therefore, how to improve the consumption during the manufacturing process of TFT-LCD is the important aspect required internally by each company.
This research explores the issues between the process parameters of TFT-LCD (machinery equipment) to improve the quality of TFT-LCD panels. The experiment method is that only one parameter is modified at once, or that the facility is singularly bypassed and improved. Although the experiment method can't reduce the experiment cost, and the cost increases drastically in a short period, the quality characteristics analysis of products can be listed after the experiment. What influences the product quality includes the useful life of machinery equipments, operation time, internal pressure, process parameters, and so on. The records of how the modification of each characteristic affects the changes of products can serve as the reference for co-workers of the company to refine and apply the quality of products. In addition, the time spent on finding the abnormality of products can be reduced. Moreover, records can serve as the reference for the purchase of new equipment when new factories are constructed in the future.
