Cultural and creative industries have also assumed greater importance because of the formation of a knowledge economy. According to the Taiwan Design Center, design services industry estimates show that the design services industry grew from NT$ 55.8 million in 2008 to NT$ 695 million in 2013. These figures show a stable development of the situation. They reflect that design has become an international trend and has led to the establishment of new standards; it has become a key factor in determining competitiveness and profitability. In the process of economic globalization and global industrial restructuring, the application of labor flexibility in the labor market has changed the structure of various countries as well as traditional employment relationships. The rapid increase in the number of domestic SOHOs has been the result of two main factors: First, in their effort to reduce costs, enterprises have sought to redefine the employment relationship with workers as a "contract relationship” to circumvent labor laws and regulations; Second, economic factors, layoffs, and pay cuts have left more and more workers engaged in SOHO. This study used Olive’s start-up stage and Runka, Young, & Holt’s auxiliary start-up stage as a basis for the study of the various stages of entrepreneurship and to write the business model and literature for the study. In developing of this study, researchers made use of several resources, including local and international theses, periodicals, magazines, journals, related books, and information from the Institute for National Policy Foundation, Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs- Statistics Department, Council of Labor Affairs, and Youth Entrepreneurship Development Circle to collect and analyze the current status of SOHO and characteristics of the design industry, trends, talent supply and demand analysis, business planning, and also to incorporate various related theories and ideas into the management of the entire research. This study adopted the operational plan “Cloudot Creative Integrated Studio” in determining the project's goals, which included promotion of wedding planning, graphic design, packaging design, animation design, web design, and graphic printed propaganda. By means of a competitive analysis of strategic planning, business strategy formulation, business assessment, planning for implementation, the study planned to build "a cloud point mode of operation." With a whole year's work, the company's visibility increased through integrated services, multi-display marketing, and promotion intended to meet the enterprise market. Most entrepreneurship studies focused on the areas of engineering, management or business which discuss technology and the market. However, only few of them focused on the area of design. This study focused on entrepreneurial management and marketing planning and can act as a reference for further research aimed at forming an integrated method for developing a new business. Designers who would like to start a new business can become more globally competitive through an implementation of this method. 【Keywords】 SOHO, design, business planning, competitive strategy, business strategy, business model, business plan Chun-Wei Lin 林君維 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 212 zh-TW |

碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 102 === Entrepreneurship is an important issue for the current economic development of Taiwan in that Taiwan is experiencing an important stage in the restructuring of its economy.
