Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 102 === In this study, the Taguchi method to find the various process parameters to increase the amount of oxygen minimum beer filling packaging machine, the expectation will be able to confirm the optimal parameters of the best beer in the parameter filling packaging design stage, in order to improve the packaging of beer filling with increase the amount of oxygen.By references and characteristics to be due to the analysis, selection of canned beer that may affect the amount of dissolved oxygen increased four factors: A, filling and packaging speed; B, control tank washing machine water spray; C, set the secondary air wash time and D, the carbon dioxide pressure.By Taguchi method L8 (27) orthogonal table, and S / N ratio of the model to find out the filling and packaging optimal settings: A1B1C1D2.And using analysis of variance (ANOVA) to assess the value and recognizes the important experimental error factor, and finally confirmed by experiments confirmed the exact use of the Taguchi method to enhance the quality of filling and packaging.
