Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 102 === Cardiovascular disease in Western countries topped the cause of death for a long time, in Taiwan, second place among the top ten causes of death, with an aging population coupled with increasingly westernized diet, the prevalence and mortality of cardiovascular diseases increased year by year and younger. Thus began the development of cardiac catheterization in the early nineteenth century, with special catheter along the wire, the guide with the X-ray fluoroscopy, and reach the heart or vascular surgery inspection called cardiac catheterization. Use of X-rays for invasive medical needs increasing, while the image quality is also increasing attention. To ensure the quality of medical equipment products in line with world trends, to improve the quality of medical services and clinical patient safety, medical equipment products around the world have carried out a comprehensive control and audit. This research is to study the use of fishbone diagram to analyze, from a patent perspective view digital flat panel X-ray machines to conduct a preliminary assessment of superiority and discussion. The results show that over the past two decades, the German Siemens company occupies a leadership position in the tube production technology patents, both in the number of patents, the number of issuers, research and development capabilities, and so the analysis is significantly ahead of other companies. After the tube technology in recent years has reached a bottleneck, companies are developing unique technologies towards when making future development trend of improvement of the tube into two directions, one is to enhance the image quality is improved image processing design based efficacy ; the other is to enhance the image reception and analysis capabilities.
