HUMSC transplants effectively protected cerebellum from atrophy, prevented Purkinje cell death, and ameliorated motor performance by increasing muscular response after stimuli. Our findings provide a new therapeutic direction for clinical treatment of SCA1. Yu-Show Fu 傅毓秀 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 135 zh-TW
