| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立陽明大學 === 生物醫學資訊研究所 === 102 === The electronic case report form designing is an indispensable step during the clinical data collection, there are diversity data elements in the case report forms. It could cause a big problem in statistical analysis. Although there are a lot of clinical standards to standardize the protocol (such as CDASH), but many clinical data element didn’t be included in those standards.
This study provided a question library to sharing clinical questionnaire, the pop-up suggested question and advance search module. Each research institution can collect the clinical questionnaires by this question library. The pop-up suggested question can be calculated the similarity of question by combination of dice coefficient and MetaMap. The advance search module can retrieve data by multiple search. User can find the question by these two module, thus reduce laborious, time-consuming and data sharing.
According the form designed and questionnaire filled by these users in two evaluation’s phase, these questions variation can reach the consistency over 85% if these question in question library. In the second evaluation’s phase, users is divided into two groups. One group use the suggested question module established by this study, the other is not. As a result the former save more time than the latter. By building the question library, the pop-up suggested question and advance search module, researchers can integrate these forms for clinical research and enhance the efficiency for designing form.
