This research is mainly investigated in the analysis of quality and quantity. The experimental group is the class of fifth graders in elementary school that the researcher teaches and the compared group is another class of fifth graders. Life education lessons which are combined with films, books, experienced activities are taught in both groups. Through the study, it is helpful to develop suitable life education for high graders in elementary schools and get further understanding toward the effects of life education. The contribution of this research is to get the integration and discussion of the two questions about attitudes toward life and emotional management abilities, and more comprehension of the influence that results from the two questions mentioned above can be obtained. The main findings of this study can be divided into two parts. First of all, for fifth and sixth graders in elementary school, the lessons of life education should be developed properly and the consequences of using the lessons can be analyzed in the prospect of these students’ emotional ability. Similarly, the influences from life education can affect their attitudes toward life. Secondly, the practical difficulty of using the life education lesson is lack of time and it can be suggested that the teacher can make good use of just one aspect or one unit needed by the class. If a teacher gets a new class, he or she could expand the whole program, teaching the ten units systematically through integrated curriculum and flexible classes within two semesters, which is also effective in class management and cohesion.
