The purposes of the study were as follows: 1.Explore the differences on junior high school students’ attachment relationship between students of different gender and grades. 2.Explore the differences on junior high school students’ career self-concept between students of different gender and grades. 3.Explore the correlation between junior high school students’ attachment relationship and career self-concept. The finding was that junior high school students’ attachment relationship and career self-concept had significant and positive correlation. Implications based on the findings were provided for educators and counselors. The advice was that educators and counselors should emphasize more on attachment relationship when counseling students.
