This study uses experimental research. The control group is students being taught with didactic instruction method. The other experimental group is students being taught with multimedia Teaching Approach such as presentation slides software and movies . The measurement tool is the questionnaire called junior high students financial literacy,which is designed by the researcher and realizes the differences between the two groups.The test samples are from the junior high students in Chiayi county and the total is fifty.The procedure is six weeks.The carriculum content is adapted from Financial superisory commission-junior high school. The result of the study as follows: 1.There is obvious difference between two groups.One is taught with didactic instaction method;the other is taught with multimedia teaching method such as presentation slides software,movies and computer games.The latter one has higher ability in financial literacy than the former one. 2.The two significant differences facets are money values and risk management.
