We use polybasic multimedia to strengthen the students’ learning effects. This work is using Quasi-experimental research to a school of forth-grade students for two weeks teaching experiment.(Treatment Group have twenty-one students, Experiment Group also have twenty-one students). 「General Teaching Model 」for treatment group students;「Multimedia computer-assisted instruction」 for experiment group students. In order to discuss the learning effects, learning attitude and learning motivation to forth-grade students in science, we use Multimedia computer-assisted instruction. After the experiment, two groups of students do some exams and learning ability questionnaire. To the experiment group students, we do learning ability questionnaire of the Multimedia computer-assisted videos, 3D animations and games. The data analyses are: Teachers use 「Multimedia computer-assisted」in science learning ability for experiment group and treatment group have the significant difference. The experiment group and treatment group students in the lesson of 「To know the insects」have the learning improvement. The scores of the experiment group students have the significant difference. Teachers use 「Multimedia computer-assisted」in science learning ability, learning effects and learning motivation for experiment group in male and female have no the significant difference. Teachers use 「Multimedia computer-assisted」to experiment group students in multimedia computer-assisted videos, 3D animations and games have the great improve in motivation. Especially the computer and video games have the significant difference.
