碩士 === 吳鳳科技大學 === 應用數位媒體研究所 === 102 === ABSTRACT In the process of learning hairdressing, the students have to memorize many different kinds of steps and methods and keep practicing to make the skill better. However, the traditional pictures way not only lacks factuality but also show the connections and details poorly. That will influence the students learning efficiency. The purpose of this research is to figure out the learning effect of applying self-made digital videos in teaching materials design and teaching to students of fashion design department of a vocational high school in Chiayi City how to make buns. Case study is adopted as the research method and the data is collected and analyzed by observing, interviewing and WORD. The results are as follows: 1. Employing digital videos in hair dressing teaching can enhance students' learning interest and outcome and receive positive feedback from students. 2. Infusing digital videos into hair dressing teaching can elevate students' image memory, concentration, creativity, learning interests in related hair dressing skills and sense of achievement. 3. Digital videos not only can provide teachers with various teaching methods but also have magnificient impacts on teaching efficiency for its reusefulness.
