The main idea is trying to develop a distance teaching program that can be overcome the existing teaching obstacles. Researcher use ASSURE systemized teaching pattern as research tool, dividing the distance teaching design into 6 steps as analyze learners, state objectives, select media and materials, utilize media and materials, require learner participation, and evaluate and revise. Pictures will be used to illustrate the method. Through situational language teaching method, learners can actually acquire business skills. The core of this distance teaching program is situational language teaching. Using active teaching design to teach new words and grammar skills and create a learner-centered teaching pattern. In order to put what they have learned into practice, learners will have to finish in three-way interaction- with teachers, teaching materials and peers, as they play the actual roles in comprehensive exercises under business subjects. The research results are: 1.Create an actual situation for on-line learning and help learners to recognize a real business situation. 2.Teachers, learners and teaching materials will interactive highly. Learners will have more opportunities to practice speaking skills. 3.Developing immediate-diagnosis system, the evaluation will start with the first formal class.
