The research methods make use of observation, collection and analysis of documents, and quasi-experimental design. A study was performed for the New Taipei City Elementary School third grade students. Purposive sampling three classes, a class for the control group, received traditional teaching writing, and the other two classes of experimental group: experimental group A, implemented cooperative learning method combined with mind map; experimental group B, implemented cooperative learning method combined with mind map and information feedback. Feedback analysis and observation records in qualitative research, we found that cooperative learning method combined with mind map and information feedback can really improve writing skills; their quantified results showed that: 1. The use of "cooperative learning method combined with mind map and information feedback" can significantly enhance the third grade students' writing performance. 2. "Cooperative learning method combined with mind map" can effectively help students' writing. 3. "Multi-dimensional information feedback” can effectively assist teachers and students. 4. Writing teaching strategies can enhance the use of learning outcomes, coupled with information feedback, its effectiveness is more significant. 5. Cooperative learning strategies can develop students' ability to solve problems and increase peer interaction. Finally, the results of the above studies, made suggestions for practical teaching, school administration, educational administration and future researches.
