Subjects meke 250 medical staffs of the hospital. A self-constructed "medical staff lifestyle and expected remaining life questionnaire" was used for the investigationas. The questionnaire consists of two parts, part one is personal background including gender, age, occupation, education level, marital status and number of children, part two is seven dimensions of lifestyle exercise, fruits and vegetables, red meat, smoking, drinking, meditation and body weight’s impact on life expectancy. Valid questionnaires of 236 copies, using SPSS 20.0 statistical software were used for data analysis. The results were that follow:(1) In exercise dimension: life expectancy of males is higher than females. (2) In fruits and vegetables dimension: life expectancy of postgraduates is higher than that of degree holders. (3) In red meat dimension: the nurses, therapists, laboratorians have higher life expectancy than radiologists. (4) In smoking dimension: the expectancy of females is higher than males. (5) In meditation dimension: (a) in terms of gender, life expectancy of females is higher than males, (b) in terms of occupation, life expectancy of therapists is higher than physicians, (c) in terms of education, life expectancy of degree holders is higher than postgraduates and above, (d) in terms of marital status, life expectancy of singles is higher than the married. (6) In Weight dimension: (a) in terms of gender, life expectancy of females is higher than males, (b) in terms of age, life expectancy of younger than that of 35 years old is higher than 35 years old and above. (7) The life expectancy of medical personnels showed that personnels in rehabilitation division has the highest life expectancy, followed by thosein the laboratorys, physicians were the lowest.
