Summary: | 博士 === 臺北市立大學 === 教育學系博士班 === 102 === The motivation of this study was derived from researcher’s educational observation and reflection on various activities of evaluations and certification activities. There were three objectives in this research: 1. To describe the assessment processes of Inter-elementary school evaluation activity. 2. To explore the sources of the hidden curriculum in evaluation and certification activities; 3.To analyze the impact of the hidden curriculum in evaluation and certification activities.
This study adopted methods of observations, interviews, document analysis to observe the "Traffic safety Education evaluation Activity," of three Elementary Schools as well as the three activities of “ Taipei Quality School Certification” participated by the Elementary School and, under the supplement of document analysis, conducted interviews with related administrative staffs and teachers after the evaluation activities completed.
Based on the findings, there were five sources of the hidden curriculum in evaluation and certification activities, namely "Ideology in education policies", "Institutional evaluation activities”, "Guidance measures for counseling groups ", " School’s organizational culture subject to be reviewed " and “the thought of checking by appraisers; while the impact of such the hidden curriculum included "Learning experience of the reproduction theory " and "Learning experience of the reactance theory ". Firstly, “Learning experiences of the reproduction theory” including “concept reproduction”, “action reproduction”, “form reproduction” and “situation reproduction”. Secondly, “Learning experience of the reproduction” including “form reactance”, “speed-up reactance” and “contest reactance”.
According to the above findings, this study suggested three research proposals including “The recommendations for educational authorities”, “The proposals for school education staffs” and “The proposals for follow-up study”. I hope these suggestions could influence the evaluation and certification policy, appealing to school education staffs, and improving the academy study .
