環境識覺對居民地方感影響之研究－以臺北市民生社區為例

碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 歷史與地理學系社會科教學碩士學位班 === 102 === Taipei Minsheng Community has been famed to have a unique urban landscape with totally different visual presentation from other communities. It is claimed to be a good environmental role model and has won high identity by local residents. The purpose of this study is to allow Minsheng Community residents to understand the environmental perception and sense of place, thereby helping them to familiar with the environment and strengthening the community coherence to deepen the local education. An investigation was thus done on environmental perception and sense of place on Minsheng Community residents in order to understand their correlation and impact level. A questionnaire survey was adopted as the research tool by taking Minsheng Community residents as the research subject and Taipei Minsheng Community as the research scope. A total of 291 effective questionnaires were collected. The descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and Canonical correlation analysis were used to verify the relevant research hypothesis of this study. The study discovered that the overall environmental perception and overall sense of place of Minsheng Community residents have been good and feature significant correlation. However, there are significant variances on overall environmental perception and overall sense of place for residents in different villages. Generally, Minsheng Community residents are concerned about the following issues: insufficient parking spaces, sluggish urban renewal of old apartments, troublesome maintenance of deciduous sidewalk trees, safety concerns on sidewalks due to co-existence of people, bicycles and motorcycles, whether or not the construction of Minsheng-Xizhi MRT Line, the impact caused by Songshan Airport, etc. Finally, the study proposes community improvement measures and planning to strengthen the community perception and other suggestions for Minsheng Community.
