碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 國民小學教師在職進修公民與社會教學碩士學位班 === 102 === The study aims to explore the system of the administration corporation in Taiwan and the contents of performance evaluation in the different countries to find the indicators of the performance evaluaiton. Moreover, it also pre-drew the main tasks of Taiwan Film Cultural Center for the establishment of the performance evaluation system. The study used the qualitative research with literature and content analysis. Semi-structure interviews were designed as a research tool, and so were the core indicators of the performance evalutaion for Taiwan Film Culture Center as an administrative corporation. The purposive sampling method was applied to sample eight members to have depth interviews. Finally, the interviews and the questionnaires were analyzed and the suggestions are proposed. The conclusions are as followed: 1. The establishment of Film Culture Center is helpful for the integration of the film-produced experiences. 2. Film Culture Center could assist in the internationalization of the Film industry. 3. The committee of the performance evaluation is suggested to be diversity. 4. To organize the indicators of the performance evaluation for Film Culture Center. The suggestions proposed are as follows: 1.The plan for the establishment of Taiwan Film Culture Center should be made as soon as possible. 2. Input more resources and diversify the themes. 3. In reference to other successful countries’ experiences. 4. Assist to cultivate the people. 5. The suggestions are proposed for the further research.
