Summary: | 碩士 === 環球科技大學 === 中小企業經營策略管理研究所 === 102 === This study aims at exploring the relationship between job insecurity 、workload、work-family conflict and workplace well-being on kindergarten teachers. The main purpose of this study was to: (1) Investigate current situation of kindergartenteachers’ job insecurity 、workload、work-family conflict and workplace well-being. (2) Explore the different influence effect of different variables on the job insecurity 、workload、work-family conflict and workplace well-being . (3) Analyze the relationships between kindergartenteachers’ job insecurity 、workload、work-family conflict and workplace well-being.
After collecting and summarizing related literatures, To achieve the above-stated goals, surveys were conducted using purposive sampling. A total of 620questionnaires were issued and 378 were valid. Descriptive statistics,T test, Anova,Pearson-moment correlation correlation analysis were used to analyze the data.
The study results are as the following: (A) job insecurity 、workload、work-family conflict and workplace well-being has a negative effect.(B) different backgrounds kindergartenteachers having differences in job insecurity 、workload、work-family conflict and workplace well-being.
Finally, based on the study results, the researcher proposes some suggestions for the kindergarten, and the future researchers, hoping to benefit the development of education in the future.
