Finally, give suggestions to sophisticate. The results showed that: First, on the legal side, the terms are: 1. mediation system is greater flexibility and advantages than the judicial system. 2. mediation system with quasi-judicial in nature. 3. All of the mediation mechanism can be integrated into a more powerful mechanism. 4. conciliation committee does help mediate disputes. Second, the practical side: on the funds: 1. a stable source of funding was able to support its normal operation. 2. conciliation committee: the quality of conciliation committee are varying. 3. assessment mechanism: it should establish relevant assessment mechanism. 4. independent organization: the organization of township conciliation committee should be independence. In response to these conclusions, the suggestions are: First, the recommendations of system: 1. township conciliation committee should be the aegis of the judiciary in a long-term goal. 2. various mediation mechanism for integrating existing single mediation. 3 township conciliation committee as a litigation mediation program in advance to reduce litigation. Second, the recommendations of practice: 1.a central funding provision should be legislated. 2 members stressed professional mediation and representation. 3 Build cases typing, formatting, templates, mediation committee database. 4 trends of NGO type.
